Power is quickly becoming one of the biggest drivers in commercial real estate transactions. As data centers, AI labs, and chip manufacturing expand, electrical capacity and interconnection timelines are moving utilities to the center of deal strategy.

Join us on February 25 from 11:30am-1:00pm at Bob's Steak & Chop House [301 Lavaca] for a focused discussion on the rapid changes affecting large electrical loads and recent ERCOT developments.
