Join us on Wednesday, August 26 from 11:30am-1:00pm at Bob's Steak & Chop House for this informative panel discussion!

    About our presenters:

Jared Kuhn - VP of Real Estate and Sales - Icon: As Vice President of Project Development, Jared Kuhn spearheads ICON’s go-to-market strategy, forging the strategic partnerships and development pipelines necessary for the large-scale deployment of 3D-printed construction. He is dedicated to advancing major residential and commercial projects that leverage ICON’s robotics and material science to broaden housing options, ranging from high-end mainstream developments to critical affordable residences.

Jared’s career is defined by high-complexity, institutional-scale real estate development. Before joining ICON, he held leadership roles at Ryan Companies, Hines, and Forest City, where he built an extensive portfolio exceeding $3.3 billion in total project costs. His experience spans the full development lifecycle—from capitalization and entitlement to construction and stabilization—across a diverse range of asset classes. This includes Class-A multifamily, senior living, luxury condominiums, and master-planned communities, totaling more than 6,500 residential units and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space.

A proud alumnus of both Michigan State and Columbia University, Jared resides in Austin, Texas

Ash Tilawat - CTO - Gauntlet AI: Ash builds the programs that turn working engineers into AI-native builders. He has trained more than 1,200 engineers across 103 commercial partners and government agencies, not just to ship production-grade AI products, but to run software factories as daily practice. His alumni run this playbook everywhere from seed-stage startups to firms managing billions, including Zapier, PEAK6, Nexa Equity Partners, TerraFirma, Wander, and Function Health. It is the same playbook he used to lead AI transformation at GoFundMe and Mainsail Partners this year. He brings a product lens to the work from a career spanning CTO and CPO roles.

Kristin Kautz, FSMPS, CPSM - AI Strategist | Consultant | Speaker | Trainer
    - Partner at JAM Idea Agency: Kristin Kautz is a nationally recognized expert in artificial intelligence strategy and digital transformation, with a deep understanding of its implications for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. As a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (FSMPS) and a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), she has spent her career at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and industry leadership.

She specializes in AI education, change management, and strategic implementation (AI First Steps), helping firms navigate both the opportunities and challenges AI presents. Her Minds & Machines symposiums, AI IQ Community, and AI consulting services are designed to equip firms with the knowledge and frameworks they need to integrate AI effectively and competitively.

Kristin is known for her no-nonsense, direct, insightful approach—cutting through the hype to deliver practical, industry-specific strategies. Her work goes beyond tools and trends; she also focuses on the bigger operational shifts AI is bringing to firms, from decision-making and workforce transformation to contracts and value differentiators.

With a true talent for making complex topics accessible and actionable, Kristin's techno-optimism will inspire you to think critically, act now, and stay ahead in this new era of AI-driven business.
